Doctors I Only Saw Once with an Explanation Why

Ariane Cometa
Holistic Family Medicine
10450 Shaker Dr. Suite #110
Columbia, MD 21046
(410) 821-1785

I only had one visit with Ariane Cometa but the reason I never went back had nothing to do with her. She came highly recommended from a good friend who takes her daughter to Ariane to treat her allergy problems. Ariane also has an office in Towson, MD--where my good friend happens to live and where Ariane shares an office with a person trained in naturopathic medicine.

The reason I never went back to her is because she ended up prescribing for me a daily regiment of various vegetable juicing that quite honestly was, at the time anyway, simply too overwhelming for me. I was trying so many different complementary treatments when I went to see her that I simply didn't have any more time left in my day to do what she was asking.

Eventually, I reached a place where I was no longer trying so many different complementary treatments and for now anyway, holistic medicine isn't something I'm interested in pursuing. However from what I remember from my visit, my impression of Ariane is favorable and if you're looking for someone trained in holistic medicine in the Columbia, MD, area I would recommend her.

Dr. Kerry Thompson
Neuro-Radiology
2002 Medical Pkwy. Suite #235
Annapolis, MD 21401
(410) 266-5782

I was introduced to Dr. Thompson during my first multi-disciplinary conference of doctors discussing my case. He was the primary doctor explaining the details of my MRI films to the group. I was very impressed with him as he was seemingly able to glean the entire history of my case just from my MRIs. I called him and asked if I could meet with him personally to review my latest MRI in person and ask him a few questions about it. While he agreed, he also noted it was a highly unusual request--not forbidden...just atypical. He was an extremely nice gentleman, very soft spoken, laid back and easy to talk to. I never saw another reason to go back and speak with him again.
